Lights surging/flickering

Lights through house seem to surge or flicker that are on the same phase as the clothes washer when the washer agitates. Have checked for loose connections in the panel and replaced the GFCI outlet that the washer is plugged into. Stumped on where to check next.

If they are LED lights, particularly dimmable LED lights, the drivers may be very susceptible to electrical noise.

A different brand of LEDs may work better.
