Greetings all.

Have a limit switch on a water valve with only two terminals for the switch contacts. The metal enclosure does not have a ground screw or terminal. It is an old limit switch that was connected with metallic sealtite. We have reconnected with non-metallic sealtite and the consultant has questioned that there is no ground termination. Any thoughts on what we should do.

Thanks in advance.

I would use a metallic raceway that's suitable as an EGC.
Yes

If the flex is necessary, I have seen a short conduit nipple on the switch, sealtite connected to short nipple, ground clamp on nipple, external bonding conductor around sealtite.
