Liquidtight Flexible metal conduit entry into enclosures

This Liquidtight Flexible metal conduit enters into a fan enclosure and connects to the fan motor. The hole is the enclosure has sharp edges and the flex is not supported. Can someone help me with the proper installation methods and any NEC code references?

Are there open conductors in the enclosure or does the LFMC go directly to the motor? If so it can go straight through the side of the cabinet but there should be a bushing or some other abrasion protection.

The LFMC goes straight to the motor. Is there a fitting, sleeve, etc that is made for an application like this?
