listed fittings to connect a ground wire to a ground plate?

I have an application that will require a 2 square foot ground plate rather then ground rods. The code books refers to listed fittings including clamps for this purpose. Where can I find this list? Or can anyone suggest a source for such clamps?

No one uses ground plates as they are so ineffective and more expensive to install.
However.
CADWeld a pigtail to the ground plate
Or use a copper lug with SS hardware. The lug would have to be listed for direct burial
