I saw one of these at Lowe's today. On the back of the package it said the tool was meant for use on live work and it had listing logos.

It may be hidden by the pictures but I don't see any ASTM F1505 markings on the tool itself, which I believe is non-compliant.

This is on the Cresent catalog. Click on the image to read the print, but it says ASTM F1505.
