literature on underground duct bank and conduit

I was wondering if anyone out there knew anything about a book that was a little more specific the the NEC on duct banks and underground conduit design.
I just feel the NEC is too vague when it come to duct banks/underground conduits/ampacities/everything.
anyone have any recomendations on extra literature?
