Lithonia Synergy Lighting Controls

I recently specified a Lithonia Synergy switchable breaker panel for lighting control in a large office area. The Contractor who installed it is reporting numerous failures of breaker operators. The solenoids don't alway seem to respond to signals to switch the breaker. He changes the breakers out, and new ones seem to work, at least for a while. This has been going on for nearly a year.

Has anyone else had experiences with Synergy panels, I'm trying to help the Contractor, it seems Lithonia hasn't been willing to get too involved.

Sounds like cheap X-10 problems.
