Live count accubid auto count help

Hey I’m new to estimating and trying to figure out how to set up auto count in live count. Do you have to pay extra for the autocount to work? I see it under the menu drop down but it’s not in bold looks faint and won’t let me click on it.

It's not an added module. Do you have desktop or cloud version.

It’s an extra coast for the desktop version, but it comes standard with the Accubid anywhere cloud based package, I believe

some advice: the auto count feature is neat, but in reality you can do it quicker and more accurately by manually counting and not using the auto count feature
