Load Assessments classes

In the very near future I have been task to teach a class on conducting proper load assessments. This includes all types of buildings,homes, and industrial applications like sewage lift stations with electrical motors. I'm just looking for any kind of powerpoint,pdf or any format that anyone already done that I might could download. I understand there are several ways of making these calculations. I'm just trying to keep things as simple as possible.
