Where would the following items fit into a residential load calculation for new construction? Sump pump, sewage ejector pump(basement bathroom) water tank power vent, 1.5HP irrigation pump motor, and a detached garage (workshop) with 240V outlet for welder, general purpose 120 V outlets, and 5HP air compressor. I am doing a job in a new area and AHJ insists on Load Calc sheet prior to permit being issued. I have the load for the dwelling, but these items really don't seem to fit into any particular slot. In the almost 20 years of doing this work I have never been asked for a Load Calc on a residential job.Homes I do are very seldom over 3000sq ft. Thanks.

220.50 states motors to be calculated according to 430.24, .25 and .26

And the welder load should be calculated per Art 630, and the receptacles per 220.14(I).
