My company has been using the load calc worksheet from Durand and associates for some time now, but the problem is that it's from 2002...not so up to date. We looked into getting the updated version from them again only to find that their current "mixed-occupancy" worksheet only calculates up to 30 units on a single service. I know that most jurisdictions allow only a certain number of units to be on a single service, but here in upstate NY there is no limit. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good load calc software to use in these cases? I am having a heck of a time even finding other worksheets that do mixed occupancy, let alone more than 30 residential units.:?

Thanks in advance!

Not sure about your specific application, but I use Design Master paired with Autocad for retail/commercial/industrial applications and it's fantastic. Saves me so much time. They are a pretty small company and everyone I've talked to over there is super nice, responsive, and helpful.
