i used mike holt excel spreadsheet residential load calculation. I just wanted to get a 2md 3rd 4th opinion on it..

I have 3185 sqft home 3br3bath with all minimum requirements on electrical except a few.

refrigerator
microwave
20a gfci each bath 3 total
range hood 1200va
2-2ton ac 2850 ea.

other than an elevator that will be onsite and i wont know off hand. What else am i over looking for residential load calculation??

Mike Holt Calculation reads Service demand 13190va w/ 63a and 63a neutral 100a minimum service. I know this will change once elevator is calculated but without calculation does this look Right?? Thanks

That seems a little low -- take a look at 220.82

I put those numbers in mike holts residential calculator. Those are numbers that came out. I put in sqft house then 2 spbc and laundry plus the ones i listed. Thats the load that came up. What do you think im missing??

The microwave, refrigerator, and bathroom receptacles can all be included with general lighting under 220.52 and 220.14(J)(1).

Yes I understand. When i put all those numbers in the calculator or even paper. I get around 60a for a 3178sqft home. Does that sound about right to you?? Is there something you think im missing?? the house is a basic home norhing special.
