Load Calculations for Pump Stations

I work in a company working mostly with water/wastewater plants. I'm trying to get a little input to justify the way I've been considering general lighting loads from Table 220.12. I've been considering the small pump stations/ sheds as warehouse loads. Any thoughts? Should I be considering them as manufacturing facilities? I think that might be a stretch and probably a little overboard for what I'm dealing with.

Thank in advance!

I have wired many water pump stations and inspected many contract jobs. A typical pump station with 200A 480 service would have a 5kw lighting transformer. In other words the lighting load is minimal.
