Load calculations for residential

Hello all. I have a swimming pool builder that needs me to submit a residential load calculation including the new 120 amp pool sub panel I'll be installing. I took pictures of the main and subpanel of the home. Their will be a third sub panel when it's all said and done which will be the pool sub panel.

How do I go about getting this done?

Is there a reason you can’t do a conventional NEC load calc?

P.S. The number of sub panels is in itself irrelevant.
