Load calculations: Need Help

If anyone out there has the software for this I would so much appreciate some help with this for additional verification. I have the following scenario: a 200A fed sub panel which is a ITE 40 circuit panel. There is an existing 8-16 sub panel fed from this 200A panel and I want change it out to accomodate more circuits, although any additional loads will not be significant loads. I want to use the largest sub panel possible (minimum 12-24) or even another 40 ct. panel if possible. Below are my current loads and if I can have someone confirm the load calculation for the loads below (which is what is currently in use), I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks!

Qty. voltage load

(2) 240V UPS units (each on two pole 30 breakers)
(2) 120V Servers (each on 1-pole 30 breakers)
(1) 240V A/C @ 10,000 VA (two pole 50 breaker)
(1) 240V Steam Shower @ 6,960 VA (two pole 40 breaker)
(2) 120V Equipment A/C @ 12 amps each
(2) 120V Dishwasher @ 10.6 amps each for 21.2 amps
(1) 120V Garbage Disposal @ 8 amps
(1) 120V Hot Water Disp @ 10 amps
(1) 120V Furnace @ 12 amps
(1) 120V Warming Drawer @ 12 amps
(1) 120V Refrigerator @ 10 amps
(1) 120V Freezer @ 10 amps
(4) 120V Bath circuits @ 12.5 amps x 120V = 6,000 VA
(1) 120V Microwave @ 12 amps
(1) 120V Range Hood @ 8 amps
(1) 120V Gas oven @ 8 amps
(2) 120V cts. for Kitchen convenience recep's
(8) 120V cts. for various Lights and Receptacles

Can I get some feedback on this load calc.?

General Loads:

Calc. for Lighting = 6,000 VA
Appliance circuits (2) @ 1,500 VA each = 3,000 VA
Laundry circuits (1) @ 1,500 VA = 1,500 VA

Misc. Loads 120V

Disposal = 960 VA
(2) Dishwashers = 2500 VA
Furnace = 840 VA
Microwave = 1440 VA
Warming Drawer = 1440 VA
(2) Freezers = 2400 VA
Refrigerator = 1200 VA
Range Hood = 1000 VA
Bath Circuits = 6000 VA
(2) Servers = 5760 VA
Hot Water Disp. = 1200 VA


Misc. Loads 240V

(2) UPS = 9600 VA
Steam Shower = 6960 VA


Total General Load = 51,800 VA

First 10 KVA @ 100% = 10,000

Remainder of Load @ 40% = 16,720 VA

Sub Total General Load = 26,720 VA


Heating and Cooling

Air Conditioner 240V = 10,000 VA
Pool House A/C 120V = 5,760 VA

= 15,760 VA x 100% = 15,760 VA

Total Load: 42,480 VA

Total Load Amps: 42,480 VA / 240 Volts = 177 Amps

You're not figuring in the 5000VA for the dryer or did I overlook it? I see your using the optional method instead of the standard.

This is actually for a 200A sub panel and there is no dryer coming from this sub panel. Can you provide a link to the "standard" method? I can't seem to open the xls. file on the Mike Holt website???

I was looking at your figuring for the whole shabootle. The standard method is in the code book 220 Part III and samples can be found in Annex D within the code book.
