I have a generator transfer switch with a load control module. Need to know where to connect the wires on the air handler terminal block. Appreciate any help, thanks.

The Air Handler most likely doesn't have terminals dedicated to that function.

Look for a place where you can interrupt control power, like maybe downstream of the CPT fuse.

If this is a hydro air system you will lose heat.

I would just break the "Y" terminal/wire going to the condensing unit.
