Hi all
I am adding a service to commercial building that is being split into 2 spaces. The new space is going to be a "vanilla box" at this time. It is 1400 SF.
The worksheet from the power company asks about load diversity using the NEC. I cannot find a calculation for this.
I can (and will) get all the HVAC specs later today. The lighting load I am using is 4500VA, general purpose receptacles I am using 6000VA. New service is going to be 200Amp 3phase 4 wire 120/240 delta ( existing in the area )
Any ideas how to do this , or am I at a small enough general load that there is no diversity?
Please help.
Thank you
Howard
