Load reduction based on PV Production

Is anyone aware of an allowed reduction to calculated load, commercial building, based on PV production?
Local jurisdictions are okay to quote. I just wondered if we, USA, have crossed this threshold yet.
 
At best it would reduce KWh demand, but it cannot be relied on to reduce KVA at any given moment.
Since the US, except for tiered rates and commercial rates, does not take KWh into account, and the NEC does not really address KWh, I do not see any effect.
