Good afternoon everyone
I recently failed a solar install that stating it isn't compliant with 705.12(B)(2)(3)
The contractor is telling me that his 60 amp fused disconnect, that's load side tapped in the 150amp bus rated, 150 amp main breaker, main panel is code compliant because of 705.12(B)(2)(1)(b) and due to putting in a 150 main in the sub panel, that is fed from the feed thru lugs.
Thoughts?
