Does anyone make a tool for locally producing TWACS signal downstream side on command? There are complaints about L.E.D. ballast glitch out caused by power company meter queries, but these queries don't happen all that often, so catching it happening isn't easy.
Is there a device that can be plugged in and can inject realistic TWACS signal downstream to simulate what power company TWACS look like for the purpose of testing device compatibility issues like L.E.D. ballast acting out?
