we have to feed our panel through a 115KVA transformer that has primary from a plug-in DS off of a buss duct. The buss duct is in electrical room aprox 80' down a hallway. This is all a change order but the change directive calls for the transformer to be in the electrical room and have the secondary come through an enclosed switch and then to our space and panel. The problem is it wont fit in the electrical room and we have to put it in the tenant space. are we going to need to add another DS next to the transformer in the tenant space for primary protection or does the one at the buss duct suffice.

There is no requirement to have a primary disconnect "near" a transformer. Your bus duct switch is sufficient.
