Can two identical deep panel boards (assume 3.75" inches deep) be mounted in between the same two studs? Can one panel board be on top of the other and the other on the bottom provided the highest CB handle is not more that 6'-7" above finish grade? Assume the finish installation will have both panel boards flush mounted in the wall with only their covers on the surface of the wall.
