Panduit and Ideal have the tags and lockouts.
Graybar will have in stock.

seton.com had the one I was looking for but seems pricey on some of the stuff I checked that I all ready use. I am going to go to Graybar and see what they have in stock as Tom suggested.

If you don't mind me asking what do most of you all use for lockout tagout? I like the big plastic red or red and white lockouts with the big plastic reusable tags that read, "DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate"

Grainger Supply has a very good selection including a lot of the "Brady" items. I place orders with them at Grainger.com and usually have it the next day.
