Locking 5-15R cord-end that holds the plug by the holes

I vaguely remember seeing an extension cord receptacle that held onto the plug by the holes on the prongs and unlocked by pushing a button at Home Depot. Does anyone know if such receptacle cord end is available from a reputable brand?

Something like this, but I was hoping I could just find the end.
