Looking for a carbon monoxide detectors rated for commercial use (restaurant)

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a carbon monoxide detector that is rated for commercial use. I need it to shut down the electric gas valve in the restaurant. What type of detectors do you guys use? The plumbing inspector is looking for the paperwork that shows the detector is good for commercial use as well as the square feet it covers.
