Looking for a Lay In style non metallic J Box

Does anyone have information on where I can purchase a non-metallic electrical enclosure with a UL WET rating that allows for the wire to be layed into it? Approximate size would need to be 3"x3"x6"long.

Try Grainger. The only thing that comes to mind is a Quazite box, but they aren't that small, and they are open bottom so your splicing has to be done correctly.

can you be more specific on what you are looking for a description of the work you are doing that involves this box?
is tis close to what you are looking for?
I know this is not UL Listed for your purpose but this is come to mind form what you are asking.
