Looking for KPI/Benchmark numbers

I'm doing some revamping of pricing/procedures as we prepare to hire another guy. Does anyone have a good link or a book to recommend that has key performance indicators and or benchmark numbers for small electrical contractors?

Maybe you might be able to get some of the info you seek from either your insurance carrier, or the management where you do your business banking. At least they may be able to point you in the correct direction to find what you want.
