I need to move the location of a service for a customer. I will replacing their existing 200A meter/main panel with a load center and installing a new 200A meter/main on a different side of the house. Both panels will be semi-flush. I was looking at installing a Siemens MC2040B1200F 200A Meter/Main in the new location and either using feed through lugs or a 200 Amp branch circuit breaker. I found siemens ELCK225 feed through lug kit but wasn't sure if this ok to use in that panel or possibly the QN2200 (200 amp breaker) on that panel. The spec sheets I have found are useless on what accessories or breakers are allowed. Any help would be great. I mostly work on commercial and feed through lugs are a lot more common. The new meter/main panel has to be semi-flush due to working space clearance requirements.

The feed through lugs or breakers are to feed the 200 amp sub panel. Where I'm installing the new meter/main I will need to add a couple of smaller breakers as well so a disconnect only would not be possible. I'm trying to minimize the items mounted on this wall as the customers are a little picky. So I was hoping for a meter/main combo.

EDIT: I should add. When their electric car charger and AC are running they are drawing around 137 amps on the existing panel. I am changing this out to a 200 amp Main breaker load center and separating the neutrals and grounds to make it a sub-panel.

All the meter mains I have used have 8 or so distribution spaces and feed thru lugs. We use milbank around here.

I think you are after a Siemens MC0816B1200EFN
It has a 200 amp breaker feeding buss bars that have provisions or 8/16 breakers and 200 feed through lugs. It also has provisions for a separate service disconnect up to 50 amps.

Not sure if it really needs to be Siemens but I know Square D (SC816D200C) and Eaton make the exact same panel in flush or surface mounting options. The Square D comes as surface mount and you add the flush rails to it.

I actually have the flush mount Square D at my own house feeding a 400 amp NQOB Panelboard.

Thanks this helps out tremendously. I have nothing against square D. I was hoping to stick with siemens as there existing panel is siemens and was installed less than 2 years ago with a bunch of AFCI/GFCI breakers so we were going to re-install the existing breakers in the replacement sub panel. The new meter/main would only need a couple breakers and wanted to try and keep everything the same brand. It might be dependent on what is available right now.

I definitely get trying to reuse the breakers. For the meter/main I say get what ever you can get. We are primarily Sqaure D for residential since we have a SPA (Special Purchase Agreement) with them for pricing. It has not done us much good the past year. First we could not get breakers but that has been much better recently. We actually were able to get breakers before may others could since suppliers were controlling who they were sold to. Now we are having a hard time getting loadcenters to put breakers into.
