loose bonding jumper effects

What electrical impact / concerns would there be on branch circuits if the bonding jumper is loose between the neutral and ground bar in a main service panel? We are having this discussion and everyone seems to have a diiferent view so I figured let's ask the whole country.

No real issues until you have a ground fault.
