Hello,
we recently installed a new 30 ft hood for our cooking line, all the equipment are new. However we get a very high pressured air blowing from the Makeup air line (not heated) it is cold and makes a loud noise. I called the installer and he said it is what it is and he adjusted to the lowest point (not sure what that is). it reduced the high hissing noise a bit but still too high. I was thinking to insert a layer of Quiet Batt soundproofing insulation on 10 feet of the 30 feet overhead canals just to reduce the noise and cold air. the product is a fire retardant. Any ideas?
Thanks
