Searching for code section about low & high voltage cables together in a raceway. Haven't had the issue in a long time, was asked about it last night. Near as I recall, a 120 volt cable cannot go in a raceway with LV or data cables, especially if not for the same equipment.

See 300.3(C). Pay attention to the IN's

I found a better way to do this.

I ran 1 LV cable to new location for a LV timer switch.

I ran a 2nd LV cable to new location for a 277V 3 way switch. I mounted a RIB relay at the old location & fed it with cable, using common, NC and NO leads on the 3 way leads. Put SP switch at new location. Put 24 volt power supply at new location & fed switch with it. Works like a charm.

I suppose your installation is compliant if there is a divider between the voltages in the box.
Many things work although not compliant.
