Low Load on Switching Power Supply

I have a 30W 24VDC switching power supply. The load on the power supply is less than 1W. Is this potentially damaging to the power supply?

No.

A poorly designed supply might have an unstable output when very lightly loaded, but no switching mode supplies that I am familiar with specify a minimum load.
