low tempature alarm

ok men heres the question. this lady im doing work for owns a house near me but where she lives is new hampshire. the house had a major water leak and caused tons of damage. she was wondering about an alarm that would call her cell phone when the tempature in her house reaches the freezing point next time so she can call somebody down here to run to her house to see what the problem is.

is there a device i could hook a thermostat up too? im thinking an autodialer but i never installed one so i dont know too much about that. anybody here ever have a request like this?

If the house has an alarm system, you can use a zone and program it to send a "trouble" code to Central Station and they can call home owner. I have used this method a few times and it works great. They sell a thermostat made for that exact purpose.
