Can I run low voltage (for ceiling photocell) wires along with supply , 120v wires , all in a same raceway ?????

In most cases , yes. Are they both AC . If DC, or emergency circuits you may have some issues.

If the LV control power supply is listed as Class 2 Only then they need to be separate.
