If I run 50 lights in 200 foot barn can I run my 0-10 low voltage cane in the same conduit as my 120 volt cable and what gauge of wire would my low voltage be 200 feet back to my dimmer

You could if you use 600 volt conductors and can reidentify the 0-10 volt as class1.

725.135(I) Other Applications. For other applications, conductors of
Class 2 and Class 3 circuits shall be separated by at least 50 mm
(2 in.) from conductors of any electric light, power, Class 1
non–power-limited fire alarm or medium power network powered
broadband communications circuits unless one of the
following conditions is met:

(1) Either (a) all of the electric light, power, Class 1, non–
power-limited fire alarm and medium-power network powered
broadband communications circuit conductors
or (b) all of the Class 2 and Class 3 circuit conductors are
in a raceway or in metal-sheathed, metal-clad, non–
metallic-sheathed
, or Type UF cables.

I see nothing about "reclassifying" anymore.

Non-metallic sheathed would be 600v type TC would be compliant for the 0-10V .
