If you use 600V Class 1 wiring methods it should be allowed. See 725.48(B)(1) and 725.130(A) Exception 2 and Informational Note.

Your communication conductors probably should be shielded.

I run into CT wires ran through the same conduit as the service conductor "taps" a lot and cite 230.7

Also, inverters make a lot of noise at frequencies which may be high enough to interfere with communication equipment. It’s not just 50/60Hz, it’s whatever the switching frequency of the inverter is.
