Low Voltage Controls in conduit

What section of the NEC addresses being able to combine line voltage wiring with low voltage in the same conduit?An example of this would be 208v to a outside DX unit and being able to include 2 # 14s to start the unit. I believe this was changed in the 2002 code.The reference I saw referred to the wiring as having to serve the same unit.Does anyone know this particular section?

It would depend on whether or not your control circuit was a class 2 or class 3 circuit as defined by Article 725. Take a look at 725.55(A) which doesn't allow them in the same raceway as power conductors.
