magnetic, electronic; what's the difference? what is used for low voltage reccess light for example the halo H1499 series?

Magnetic is for magnetic transformers, electronic is for electronic transformers. What kind of transformer is in the light?

Well I found the information already,Thanks anyway. I was working with magnetic transf.
