low voltage installer MA

Does anyone know if you need to have a license of any kind to install low voltage cabling in MA? (Cat6 cable, fiber and cable tray.)

Minimum certificate D to be able to install
Minimum certificate C if you are a Contractor

And an S license if any of that cable runs access or other security systems.
