Low Voltage wiring in High Voltage Enclosure

I have a situation where there is a 24v circuit going into a disconnect switch, that is switching 480v Motor Current, the 24v monitors the Disconnect Switch position. The vendor of the equipment swears that they can use Class 2 Low Voltage Cable, not rated for 600v, into this enclosure.

I know that's NOT the case, but cannot find code reference in NEC as to where this applies.

Any Help on a code reference is appreciated!

Assuming that it is a Class 2 circuit, the vendor is correct. 725.136(D)(1).
