low voltage

I have a 3 phase 100 amp ckt for a variable speed drive, air compressor. My problem is our phase to phase voltage is at 203-205, and the machine is set for 230 vac. I know I need a boost xformer. However, do I need one for each of the 3 phases? And, at 100 amps, what is the rough size of such a transformer?
Thanks.

Thanks for the link. However, I was hoping for a little hand holding, as there is a S-load of info to digest. Any help is much appreciated.

You seem to have a 120/208 Y service your feeding from., you are going to have to know what the FLA or HP is for this compressor to know the KVA of the boost transformer, yes you will need two of them for 3 phase, without this info, its a shot in the dark. has nothing to do with the circuit size feeding the compressor but what the compressor actually pulls.

Something I forgot is Also your going to need to know if you need a Y setup or a open Delta. If your load uses any 120 volt control then I think you will need a Y "three transformers", as the boost will also boost the 120v to around 140v or you can wire the control around the boost transformers to the line side. and still use an open delta (two transformers) or just supply the control voltage from another source and just boost the 230 volt loads.
