Do i need to install fire rated cable prior supply LPG plant equipment's i.e (vaporizer,pump,compressor....),and what standard specify those cables intended to be used?
what is the power source type (normal/emergency) should be used and why?

A simple question with some complicated answers.
What is the area classification? this is to be provided by others, per NEC Article 500
Power source is typically not specified by the NEC, but you will install you wiring per the appropriate article.

if it is classified as class 1 DIV 1 or 2?so what is the cable type to be used?

If i installed RGS conduit ,normal wires can be used or MI cables should be installed inside the rigid conduit as well.
Any typical building wire listed in Table 310.104(A), within its application ratings, can be used within RGS.

MI cable does not need to be installed within RGS.

Use Tech 90-HL 1000 volt cable. Check cable manufacturers for all the specifications. Use appropriate connectors when in a class 1 division 2 location.
