So our local Simi Valley Days opened last night. I am the entertainment chairman, security chairman and sit on the board of directors for the event. Music stage isn't working, beer garden isn't working, and food vendors have lost some equipment. On site is my self, a local EC and a local AC contractor. Generator is showing correct voltage. check one 110v cord and it is reading 220v. That's not good. Go to the generator and unplug one cord open it up and they have one hot leg and the neutral reversed. First place we looked. Music starts on time, beer sales are brisk, but sadly two pizza warmers gave their lives.
