Lugs for outdoor use?

I have one inspector requiring lugs rated for outside use. We build quite a few metal stanchions for services, CT cans, etc that need to be bonded. I've used aluminum lay-in lugs in the past but now the inspector is on a new kick and wants to see something like a DB rated lug. The problem is the supply house can't find anything bigger than a #4 lay-in lug or a #2 regular mechanical lug, rated for direct burial use. I'd like to find something that can handle around a 1/0 or 2/0 or so if it exists....

What does everyone else use?

Try Burndy they have several larger all copper lugs.
