Lutron control wire

I am having trouble finding the code article that allows a low voltage control wire for a lighting control system to be inside the junction box with the high voltage (120v) for connection to the controlled switch/dimmer.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try article 300.3(C)(1) pf the 2008 NEC. If the cable is the one supplied by Lutron it is rated for 300 volts. The cable also says the voltage rating
