Lutron dimmer at 4 way location

The Diva will require 2 travelers and either the line or load wire. Its just a standard 3 way switch with a dimmer wired into the common wire. Unless you have extra wires between the switch locations is not going to work.

You could use a Caseta Diva and Pico's at the other locations. Or use a multi-location dimmer such as Maestro or Sunnata.

Kind of strange they don't make a diva multi-location dimmer it seems?. Sunnata is close but has the touch not the slide adjust.
A standard Diva uses a mechanical potentiometer to control a triac to adjust the light level. There is no way to have it multi location for dimming. The Caseta Diva uses a similar slide bar but function more like up/down buttons. The slide bar with not move but the indicator light will change when Pico's or the app change light level.

If you are going to use a Caseta Diva with 2 Pico's you could install the Diva a the 4-way locating by re-configuring the wires. You only need line and load wires, no travelers.

You can also get Pico's that look like a Decora switch. They only provide on/off control but that is what you would have anyway with a standard Diva and 2 standard switches.

They don't care about dimming from multiple locations, they just want all the dimmers in the same spot (the four way location for the light in question is ganged with some other stuff).

So can I put the caseta at one of the three locations, the remote at the four-way location, and leave the three-way switch at the other three-way location?

Yes, you could install the dimmer at 1 end, a 3 way switch at the other end and a Pico in the middle. The Pico is going to look and operate differently than the Diva dimmers so that is why I suggested installing it in the middle (at the 4-way) and Pico Paddle switches at the ends.
