Has anyone ever installed a lutron Ecosystem, with solar,and blackout shades? This system is boggling me, the one line on it is sovague it's ridiculous and field rep is of no help

is lutron commissioning the system?
lutron does this with lutron employees, and when they get buried,
which is now, with 3rd party people doing the commissioning. if
you have a third party person, i've seen them vary from excellent,
to "eww".
the block diagram should show all components in the system.
