MA Inverter NEC Amendment

I've seen a few references in searches that in Massachusetts there is an amendment that an inverter has to be in a rated room seperate from the normal power panels and equipment. Does anybody have what the amended Code section is?

This is why I started searching but I'm not seeing where it is so I'm looking for a specific section number.

EDIT: Is it that 700.10(D)(1) doesn't exist in MA?
