Magnetrip panel

I've been a general home inspector for the past 4 years, so hopefully it is appropriate to post a question to your forum. I just want the best information on electrical info and safety for my clients...

I ran into my first Zinsco Magnetrip panel yesterday and there is some info on line about it but I can't tell if the info is from a trustworthy electrical professional. Can you give me your comments on whether is "must or should or could" be replaced item, and what you see as the problem is with the panels?

FYI, the panel was double tapped at the main and on breakers along with an improperly wired subpanel, so I told the client that they should get a licensed electrician to review and make recommendations.

Also, is there a website that lists other safety laiden panels?
Thanks for you consideration.

I do not like them, but there are many working just fine. I only suggest replacing them if the owner is having problems.

That's the best thing to do.
