Main breaker arc fault GFCI

I do believe I can use a main Ark fault GFI breaker to cover the whole apartment instead of individual ones and it's 60 amp sub panel her two bedroom apartment am I right am I assumptions any more information is truly appreciated thank you

AFCI breakers are limited to 15 and 20 amps.

You can, but any nuisance tripping would plunge the apartment into darkness.

As was mentioned, there are no 60A 2P AFCI breakers.

And that would not be an amazing installation if there were.
